On May 22, Rosélys will host an exceptional gastronomic evening with two-Michelin-starred Chef Chele Gonzalez. For this exclusive event, Chef Gonzalez will join forces with Chef Edgar Trudeau-Ferrin, alongside Head Chef Rodrigo from Asador Alfonso, to present a five-course tasting menu inspired by the culinary universe of his acclaimed restaurants in the Philippines, Gallery by Chele and Asador Alfonso.

This unique collaboration offers a journey between Asian and Spanish flavours, shaped by the rich culinary heritage of the Philippines and Spain. Each dish reflects a contemporary, expressive, and refined cuisine, where bold influences meet masterful technique and exceptional ingredients.
