GRILLADES TORINO

Our company was founded in 1997 by Charbel Assaad under the banner “Poulet Torino”. With the health of his customers at heart, he offered a light and healthy diet that was an immediate success. Noticing the success of the “Eat well, but fast” formula, Charbel and his wife, Aïda Nassif, increased the number of restaurant openings and changed their name to “Grillades Torino”. In 2011, Charbel and his partner, Khalil Mekari, established Central Kitchen Torino. The franchise now creates its own recipes for all the restaurants. In 2021, Khalil Mekari becomes the sole owner of the franchise, with the goal of maintaining the quality and freshness of the products. Grillades Torino relaunches a provincial and national expansion plan.
