Then, as night falls, the energy shifts and Soubois transforms into a pulse-pounding underground club—your home for four unforgettable nights of music, glamour, and celebration.
The journey begins Thursday with rising sensation Elexsandsom. On Friday, viral favorite Purple Miami turns up the heat. Saturday, international star DJ Cruz takes over the decks. And on Sunday, we close with a deep and soulful finale from Moojo.

Chef Nicholas Bramos is a prominent figure in Montreal’s culinary scene, renowned for his innovative approach to Italian cuisine. As the Executive Chef at Sotto, the Italian restaurant within Soubois, Bramos brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence that has defined his career.
Bramos honed his culinary skills at esteemed establishments such as Toqué!, Marcus at the Four Seasons Hotel, Monkland Tavern, and Succeda. His tenure at these institutions allowed him to develop a unique culinary style that blends traditional Italian flavors with contemporary techniques
